Bioraé — Terms & Conditions
Introduction
By accessing the Website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Order Confirmation & Contract Formation

- All orders are subject to our acceptance.
- A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email (the “Dispatch Confirmation”).
- We recommend saving your order confirmation and dispatch confirmation for future reference. Your receipt serves as proof of purchase.
We will only be obliged to supply the product(s) specifically confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.
2. Pricing, Payment & Security
